Two U-shaped zippered front pockets. Two smaller zippered pockets. Top zip main compartment houses a calculator pocket, card pocket and pen/pencil pockets. Top zip back section has three file dividers. Backside has leather loops to store newspaper or umbrella. Adjustable, removable shoulder strap. Leather wrap on handles for carrying comfort.
